In 1995, Klang Port Management approached Mr. Saharudin to upgrade and modernizing the cargo handling equipment upon knowing that the full commitments they can rely on with the good management skills of Mr. Saharudin. The company – Aspirasi Timor Sdn Bhd (315488-A) was then formed in 1995. The company initially purchased 3 units of trucks, an excavator and a 5 tonnes forklift truck.
After the contract was awarded, the company further upgrade and modernize the cargo handling equipment to ensure that all cargo are loaded and unloaded swiftly and safely from the vessels. The supplying of cargo handling equipment to the vessels are undertaken by experienced and skillful workers.
Recently, the Research and Development Department had designed and fabricated 3 units of spreaders specially, used for unloading of aluminium ingots at per lifting capacity of 20 tonnes. In 1997, the company had been contacted to clean the environment of North Port and in order to perform the job efficiently, the company had invested on equipment, which includes two units of road sweepers, imported from Holland and United States. A total of 45 workers are employed to work 24 hours around the clock for cleaning and sweeping operations.
